What we collect

Account information (your name and email, via our authentication provider), your association's details (name, address, board role), and the documents and information you create in HOAScribe — which may include homeowner names and property addresses you enter.

How we use it

To provide the service: generating your documents, saving them to your library, tracking violations, and billing your subscription. We use your board's own past documents only to keep your future documents consistent in tone — never to train shared or third-party models on your private data.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data. We do not share homeowner information with advertisers.

Service providers

We rely on trusted providers to run HOAScribe — for hosting, authentication, database storage, document generation, and payments. They process data only to provide their service to us.

Your choices

You can edit your association details anytime, and you may request export or deletion of your data by emailing support@hoascribe.com.
